Digital editions of DOPE MUSE POSE are delivered immediately and are final sale. Once a digital issue has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. If your download fails or the file is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will redeliver it or make it right.
Print copies of the magazine are printed and fulfilled by MagCloud. Orders placed through MagCloud are subject to MagCloud’s own shipping, return, and quality policies. If a print copy arrives damaged or misprinted, contact MagCloud support first; if you get stuck, email us and we’ll help.
Workshop seats and event tickets (including Posing with Power) are final sale and non-refundable. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to approval and availability; approved reschedules may carry a fee. Failure to attend a booked workshop or event forfeits the booking with no credit or refund. If we cancel or move an event, you will be offered a seat at the rescheduled date or a full refund.
DMP apparel, candles, and other merchandise are sold through the 360ism Exchange, and purchases there are governed by the Exchange’s policies at checkout.
