Applications and contact messages. When you apply to The Model Collective or use our contact form, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, and the details you include in your message, such as your age, city, Instagram handle, and modeling experience. Applying requires you to be 19 or older; we use the age you provide to confirm eligibility.
Purchases. If you buy from this site, order and billing details are processed by our commerce and payment providers. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on this site. Print magazine orders are fulfilled by MagCloud and are subject to its terms.
Technical data. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information (IP address, browser type) in server logs and through our security software, which uses IP addresses to detect and block malicious activity.
DMP produces photo and video at castings, shoots, showcases, and events. Commercial or editorial use of a participant’s image is covered by the model release or participation agreement signed at the event — not by this policy. If you have a question about an image of you, contact info@360ism.com.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who operate the site and process payments and orders, within the 360ISM Media Network for the purposes described above, or where required by law.
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function — such as session and cart cookies. If you leave a comment or log in, WordPress may set convenience cookies that remember your details.
Applications and messages are kept while relevant to castings and programs, then deleted. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@360ism.com. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time.
This site and The Model Collective are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and Collective applications are limited to ages 19 and older. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
